Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you read our Terms and Conditions before placing any order, even if you have previously ordered with us. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime.

Where specified: "You" refers to you the customer, and "Us" and "We" being apss (Acorn Partitions & Storage Systems).

Please note: It is assumed that when you place your order that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Ordering Stock Items:

Use our ADD TO CART buttons to select your items and once you have finished shopping you may proceed to the checkout. Upon completion you will automatically receive a confirmation email, you will also receive confirmation email advising you that payment has been made. Should you fail to receive either email please contact us to ensure your order has been placed and payment accepted. When your order has been dispatched we will send you another email advising you that your order has been dispatched.

Methods of Payment:

Payment can be made using the following methods:

All major credit and debit cards except American Express.

Cheques made payable to Acorn Partitions and Storage Systems Ltd. If we do not receive your cheque within 7 days of your order we will return your item(s) to stock and your order will be cancelled. If paying by cheque, your order will not be processed until payment has cleared. Payments by cheque are not covered by our 48 hour delivery policy.

Delivery:

All UK delivery is free. All orders are delivered via a courier network or via our own delivery vehicles. If delivery is to a home address then we will contact you via telephone to arrange a suitable time for delivery. If the delivery of the item is not possible then we will try to re-deliver once more, after this an aborted delivery charge may be applicable.

Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by strikes or events beyond our control (including but not limited to fuel strikes, postal strikes etc).

For standard items as shown on the DrinkSafe web site, delivery will be within 10 days of receipt of order.

International Orders:

We currently do not except orders from outside the uk

Cancellation:

Due to the speed of delivery of the products orders are processed very quickly and as a result we are only able to cancel orders within 5 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel the delivery outside of this timescale then a small handling charge of 5% of the order value will be charged.

Guarantee:

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards, using only the best materials. In the unlikely event that the product fails within the the first 12 months, after delivery, due to a manufacturing defect, then we will replace the product or faulty items free of charge.

Security:

Our site utilizes SSL with a minimum of 128 bit encryption

All customer data is held on a secure server and accessed only for the reason of contacting you reference your purchase and any other offers that we may feel are relevant to you. We value your privacy and do not share you details with any other party at any time and never will.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
